What Do I Do?

4 Easy Steps to Get Paid:

  1. Check the brand and expiration dates of your test strips and verify that all boxes are sealed and unexpired. (Expirations of 3 months or more only accepted-date is on side or back of box)

  2. Fill out and submit the online form located on the home page. You will promptly receive a confirmation email back from us.

  3. Be sure to print out a copy of the email confirmation we send you that has your name and address on it, and enclose it in the box OR include a note in the box with your name and address so that we know who to make payment to.

  4. Go to the Shipping Instructions and follow the directions on how to ship the strips!



Shipping Instructions:

  1. Pack your strips securely in a box so that the items will not be crushed in shipping. You can ship them by first class mail in a box (if the package weighs 13 ounces or less), or by priority mail. Priority mail boxes are free at the post office. Pick up a few for future shipments! Ship them to our address below.

  2. Fill up the shipping box with packing material such as newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent damage in shipping.

  3. Seal the box and address it to:

  4. Ship the box through the Post Office or your local shipping store and pay for the shipping.

  5. Once we receive the shipment, we will reimburse you for the shipping in addition to the amount for the Diabetic strips.

    4-15 test strip boxes shipped - up to $10 reimbursement.
    16-30+ test strip boxes shipped-up to $20 reimbursement.


    6. WE GUARANTEE YOUR CHECK OR PAYPAL PAYMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE!



    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

    1. PLEASE do not mail expired, crushed, or open boxes as they will not be accepted and will be given to our SaveADiabeticPet Program.

    2. You must ship a minimum of 4 boxes or if you receive an email stating the minimum number required for that brand, be sure to send that number.

    3. No money will be paid for test strips expiring within the next 3 months. However, you may send them to us for the SaveADiabeticPet Program. We will not pay shipping or any compensation for the strips.

    4. Strips expiring in 3-6 months we will accept, but you will be paid $5 for a box of 100 for Accu-Chek (Aviva, Comfort, Curve, Compact, Active), Ascensia (Breeze, Contour), FreeStyle (FreeStyle, FreeStyle Lite) and OneTouch (Basic, Ultra). For these same brands if the count is 50 then we will pay $2.50 for the box. We do not accept for payment any other brands that expire in less then 6 months.

    5. Full price paid for test strips expiring 6 months or more.

    6. Prices quoted are based on boxes without any markings, tears, etc. If there are labels on the boxes, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM. We have special techniques that can remove them without harming the package which allows us to pay close to or the full price quoted.

    7. We do not ship back any items after receiving them. We only send out the payment. All unaccepted items will be given to the SaveADiabeticPet Program.

    8. Checks or PayPal payment issued within 2 business days after we receive the items.
